Quick Collect Payment Procedure:
• Visit your closest Western Union office. To find the office nearest you visit http://www.westernunion.com and click on the agent locator.
• At the Western Union office fill out the BLUE FORM with the following information:
  • Pay to: STICKDOG TELECOM GROUP
  • Code City: STICKDOG
  • State: VA
  • Account Number: Your Billing Telephone number
  • Receipt Number: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
    2 PART FORM Customer keeps receipt (carbon copy of the Quick Collect form with 10 digit MTCN number.
• Payment must be made in CASH to Western Union.
• There is a fee of $11.95 which is paid to Western Union in order to use this service.
